Our Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquette was sampled and tested by PT Carsurin Tbk at its Cikarang laboratory, accredited by KAN (Komite Akreditasi Nasional) to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 under certificate LP-415-IDN. Testing follows ASTM D1762-84 and the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria.

Our MOQ is 1 Full Container Load (FCL), typically a 20ft container which holds approximately 18 tons. You can mix different briquette shapes within one container.
Yes, we provide free samples (typically 1-2 kg) so you can test our quality. The buyer is only responsible for the international shipping cost (e.g. via DHL or FedEx).
Absolutely. We can pack the charcoal in custom inner boxes and master cartons printed with your brand logo and design. We handle the production, you handle your market.
Production usually takes 15 to 25 days after the Purchase Order (PO) and deposit are confirmed. This depends on your packaging requirements and our current production schedule.
Our standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 50% deposit upon order confirmation, and the remaining 50% balance before shipment or against the copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
