Indonesia produces some of the densest, cleanest-burning coconut shells on earth. We turn that raw advantage into a finished export product through our own factory and a process we control end to end.
What began as bulk supply has grown into a full OEM operation - helping shisha brands across UAE, Asia, and Europe launch and scale their own charcoal lines.

Step by step

Raw material receiving
Charcoal from mature coconut shells arrives from our supply network and is logged batch by batch.

Raw material inspection
Every incoming batch is checked for carbon content, moisture, and foreign matter before it is accepted.

Charcoal grinding
Accepted charcoal is milled down to a fine, even powder.

Mixing
The powder is blended with a natural binder into a uniform paste.

Pressing
Hydraulic presses form the paste into precise cubes, hexas, sticks, or flats.

Drying
Pieces are oven-dried to ≤ 7.2% moisture for a clean light and long burn.

Cooling
Dried pieces are cooled to a stable temperature before inspection, locking in shape and quality.

Final inspection
Each batch is lab-tested and visually inspected before it earns a packing slip.

Packaging
Briquettes are packed to your specification — inner box, master carton, and your own brand for private label.

Storage
Approved batches are held in a dry warehouse, staged and ready before packing and loading.

Export shipment
Cartons are stuffed into the container and shipped with full export documents.
